Before you book

Four things to do first

They take a few minutes, and they make the visit go the way you want.

  • 01

    Book a patch test

If you have reacted to lash adhesive, hair dye or makeup, book a patch test a few days ahead. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.

  • 02

    Tell Hemant about allergies

Say so on the booking page or by message. He shares the ingredient list of anything he uses, on request.

  • 03

    Bring pictures

Photos of lashes or brows you like, and a few you don't. They give you both words for length, curl and shape.

  • 04

    Plan the time

A first set takes two hours or more. Come without eye makeup, and take contact lenses out before you lie down.

Who should wait

Tell us first if any of these is true

Hemant may ask you to move the visit, or to check with your doctor.

  • Your eyes are red, sore or itchy

Move the visit until your eyes have settled.

  • You have an eye infection or a stye

Wait until it has gone, and check with your doctor if you are unsure.

  • You had an eye procedure recently

Ask your doctor when it is fine to book.

  • You have reacted before

To adhesive, dye or makeup: a patch test comes first.

  • Your skin is sunburned or irritated

The area has to settle before brow work.

  • You are under 18

Hemant sees clients 18 and over.

If something is not right

When to tell Hemant, and when to call your doctor

If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell Hemant, and call your doctor or go to urgent care. Reactions can happen with any service, and he would rather hear from you early. If you can't reach him, don't wait.

The form on this site doesn't take medical details. Please keep those to a call or to the booking page.
